This micropub in Adlington opened on 18th December 2021 and is the taproom of Escape Brewery, who are based in nearby Westhoughton. As the name suggests it is located in the old post office building near the Ridgway Arms.

Current landlords are Dave and Paula Cross.
There are four cask ales on handpumps serving Escape Brewery ales and the occasional guest, with additional keg lines for craft ales from smaller north-west breweries such as Rivington, Chain House and Pomona Island, as well as quality lagers and ciders. Since opening it has quickly become a favourite for locals with a passion for real ale and was awarded the CAMRA Pub of the Season award in Autumn 2022.
