Hoppy Days Real Ale Room sat on the corner of Derby Road and Ashton Street on the opposite corner to the Bull & Royal and was opened in October 2016 by landlady Peace Townsend. It closed its doors for the last time in February 2023 and is now a tattoo parlour.
