Name: The Boatyard
Address: Bolton Road, Riley Green
This Thwaites pub was situated on the Leeds to Liverpool canal on the same site as the boat yard at Riley Green. It was later renamed the "Grill & Grain at the Boatyard" before it fell victim to a serious fire in 2017.

Several years later the building has been demolished and future redevelopment of the site remains uncertain.
