Latch is a wine and cocktail bar that recently opened in Chorley on Chapel Street. It is the third new licensed premises to open on Chapel Street in the last few years, behind the Shepherds' Hall Ale House and the Ale Station, which is something of a rarity in the current climate.
It is located in one of the old weavers' cottages in what is referred to as St George's Quarter and has previously been the Amy Christie's Beauty Bar and Helina Ladieswear. Let's hope the latest reincarnation fairs well.
