The Grey Horse Pub is not to be confused with the Grey Horse Inn located at the end of Jolly Tar Lane near Worthington; located on Preston Road as pictured above it was near the New Seven Stars on the border between Coppull and Standish.

The above photo shows all that remains of the site, the original gate posts that would have led round the backs of the block.
